“only love can move us toward true growth"

-Aundi Kolber

Whether you’re here because of trauma, burnout, or struggling through life transition, you’re taking the first steps toward hope and potential change. I consider it a sacred task to help you navigate your life in a way that helps you feel whole again. It can be scary to walk into this type of vulnerability with someone else.

I’m here to be with you in a way that makes you feel truly seen and held.

I’m Mary Grace. A counselor, mom, & fellow imperfect human.

I believe all human beings desire to be deeply known, seen, and accepted in their mess—healing from brokenness often involves being known and seen in the mess as well.

My desire for the counseling room is to foster hope in your story in an environment where you can express your emotions safely.

My love of counseling came through my own healing journey in therapy, as well as my experience in ministry. My approach to counseling keeps the client at the center but is flexible to each individual depending on their need. I have a particular passion for healthy emotionality and am pursuing further training in Emotion-Focused Therapy and Perinatal Mental Healthcare, with a focus on infertility. On a typical day in the counseling office you may find me with a teenage girl navigating the demands of adolescence & finding her identity, a woman grieving a miscarriage while continuing the demands of daily life, or a new mom struggling to feel like herself despite years of infertility. It is my hope to offer a space for your healing, help you live the way you desire to, and walk you through the trenches of life. I look forward to exploring if I can join you on this journey and hearing more about your story.
