Growing your family can sometimes feel like entering a time in life that culture expects to be only“joy-filled” and “exciting,” but you’re carrying loss, depression, fear, anxiety, trauma, burnout, & you didn’t expect this season to feel this way. You don’t need to do it alone. You are a human that needs support just as much as you did before this season started.

Perinatal Therapy

1 in 7 women struggle with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. This is likely underreported because of the desire to appear “okay.”

Maybe you’re struggling with anxiety during pregnancy.

Maybe post-birth life feels like survival mode, and you’re experiencing scary thoughts.

Maybe you’ve undergone years of fertility treatments & just don’t want to do it anymore.

Maybe you had a traumatic birth, and it feels difficult to connect with yourself, your spouse, & your baby.

Maybe you’re exhausted from caring for your child and experiencing rage that does not feel like you.

You deserve support.

And it doesn’t mean you’re a bad parent or person if you need that support.

Permission to be human starts here.

Wholeness is attainable again

You don’t need to put on a masquerade here. Research shows that Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders are extremely treatable. My hope is to provide the evidence-based treatment that may have been missed at the assessment in the OB’s or pediatrician’s office.

Counseling for Infertility

Are you experiencing a period in life where you thought starting a family would be easy but you’ve been met with difficulty, expensive & exhausting treatment, or dead ends?

Infertility can prompt feelings of grief & loss that call for attention & care. It’s a private and vulnerable set of circumstances to be in — something you may not want to share — but you deserve a place to unload the burden and tend to your heart.

I have a particular passion for those who have been dealt these cards in life. There is a place for you here if you need help navigating these waters.
